Introduction
Within the Quality and Integration department, the CI/CD group is responsible for providing a state-of-the-art Development Environment for the Platform and Application development teams and the System-of-Systems Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery flow to the end customer. The group has a high impact on the effectiveness and productivity of the 25 scrum teams building the software applications. The goal is to continuously optimize the software development flow, releasing and delivery cycle. The working field of the team is the end-to-end development flow from first commit of an engineer to the delivery of the product to the end customer.
Job Description
As a Technical Scrum Master in the Continuous Integration and Delivery group, you are a leader of a team contributing to developing the design and implementation of the software that drives the Continuous Integration and Delivery engine. To succeed in this role you are a leader with strong coaching skills, and broad Agile experience in the DevOps domain. You train your team on Scrum practices, facilitate Scrum events and continuously stimulate your team to improve to highly autonomous yet highly aligned team. You will be helping your team to reach new heights with regards to predictability, quality and collaboration within and outside the team.
Included in the role is the ability to drive the software development engineering practices inside the team, and to support the department in the definition, design and implementation of the metrics dashboards that are used to get insights in the end-to-end development efficiency.
As a senior member of the Scrum team you participate in discussions with stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify possible solution which you’ll bring back to the team (in cooperation and agreement with the PO) for further development.

Education and experience
* Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
* Preference for degrees in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field of study.
* Agile and SAFe certifications
Experience
* Min. 5 years’ experience guiding Agile teams.
* Supports and coaches the team in Agile/Scrum values, practices and principles.
* Experience with leading teams in operational support and new developments in DevOps context.
* Experience in providing views on team velocity and planning/tracking together with the Product Owners.
* Experience in development process analysis and optimization.
* Getting involved in the technical details and decision making
* Experience and ability to coach in modern software development methods using Python, BDD, TDD
* Background in Ecosystems (SCM and CICD) such as GitHub, Atlassian, Jira
* Infrastructure as code tools (such as Ansible, Puppet, Rundeck, Terraform)
* Containerization knowledge & experience (Docker, Kubernetes)
* Cloud and on-prem platforms (GCP, VMWare, Azure)
